Policies

At Little Jamaica RV Resort, we have a lot of unique features to offer! That being said, we want you to be safe while enjoying our amenities by following our rules and regulations. A waiver will be required for river access. 

Campground Rules

  • No street parking. Parking must be on your campsite or in designated parking spaces. 

  • Two dogs per site limit. Excessive barking is not allowed. Aggressive breeds are not permitted. 

  • Dogs must be on a leash at all times when not in the designated dog park. You must clean up after your pets. 

  • Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. 

  • No wood-burning fire pits or grills. 

  • Mechanical work/repairs are prohibited on-site. No vehicle or trailer washing is allowed. 

  • No littering — please pick up after yourself and place trash in the designated trash receptacle area. 

  • You must adhere to all applicable laws. Anyone caught breaking the law will be trespassed from the property without refund. 

  • RVs must be 15 years old or newer. Older RVs are subject to management approval prior to booking. 

  • The resort is not responsible for damages to property for any reason, including fire, theft, or accident. 

  • Management reserves the right to refuse service. 

Cancellation Policies

  • Your credit card will be charged the full cost of the reservation at the time of booking. 

  • Once a reservation is confirmed, please notify us by phone (725-340-2990) or email (Info@littlejamaicarvresort.com) of any cancellation or modification at least 48 hours before your arrival date. 

  • A 100% refund will be issued for cancellations received at least 48 hours before the arrival date. 

  • No refund will be issued for cancellations received less than 48 hours before arrival. 

  • No-shows will be charged the total cost of the stay. 

  • A fee of one night's rate may be charged for late check-out. 

  • Guests will be charged for the full cost of any damages to the property. 

Hiking Rules

Little Jamaica RV Resort provides access to a hiking trail leading down to the Virgin River. Guests are welcome to hike the trail and enjoy the river at their own risk, subject to the following: 

  • A signed River/Hiking Trail Liability Waiver is required before any guest (including minors, signed by a parent/guardian) may use the trail or enter the river. 

  • The trail and river are not staffed or monitored by resort personnel. There is no lifeguard on duty. 

  • Trail use is permitted during daylight hours only. Do not hike after dark. 

  • River conditions can change rapidly, including flash flooding. Check conditions at the office before heading down and never enter the river if flow is fast, muddy, or rising. 

  • Children must be directly supervised by an adult on the trail and in the water at all times. 

  • Wear appropriate footwear; trail surfaces are uneven and rocky. Bring water and sun protection. 

  • Pack out all trash and personal belongings — leave no trace. 

  • Swim and wade at your own risk. No diving. Be aware of slippery rocks, submerged debris, and variable current.
